It’s been four years since we have made a Chardonnay and Mark wanted to do it right. With 18 months of aging in French oak puncheons (double barrels) to provide a layered and textured wine without the bigger buttery quality. The nose is rich, full and classic Chardonnay. The palate is bright and round with bosc pear, lemon curd, and graham cracker crust. This wine lingers and finishes beautifully.
