The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve instantly shines showcasing Mark’s selection of new French Oak barrels from Tronçais jupille coupled with aging 28 months. Wet tobacco, cedar and, black plum show heavy on the full, welcoming nose. Fresh black plum and cherry cola are luscious on the front palette leading into spices of clove and chocolate then give way to malt and toffee from the 100% new French oak. The velvety smooth and long finish of this wine stays with you for some time. Recommend laying this Reserve Cabernet down for two to four years to let it come into its full maturity.
